Licensing Agreement for "Binance Live Order Book"

This Licensing Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and OrdrFlow ("Licensor") regarding the use of the "Binance Live Order Book" tool (the "Software").

1. License Grant

Upon payment of the applicable fees and acceptance of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

Licensee shall not:

• Distribute, share, lease, lend, or transfer the Software to any third party without prior written consent from Licensor.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Use the Software in a way that violates any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of others.

3. Ownership

Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant Licensee any ownership rights to the Software.

4. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if Licensee breaches any of the terms and conditions. Upon termination, Licensee will lose access to premium TradingView indicator and must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in their possession.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Licensor be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Acknowledgment

By purchasing and using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
